I have all the powers of a doorframe, and my weakness is………..a box of alcohol.
I have all the powers of roll-on deodorant! But my one true weakness… is cookies…
Well, I’m halfway there…
My powers are based on the dreaded purple unicorn pillow pet. o_o My weakness? Powerpuff Girls blankets.
Yep.
My powers are based on a shower curtain and my weakness is… toilet paper.
3 guesses as to where I am right now :UI warned you about IKEA, bro.
My powers are based on my Cintiq, and my weakness is coffee. Sounds about right.
Battle Angel Alita was one of the first adult-oriented anime I saw, and it was instantly one of my favorite things ever. It’s also one of the first manga I ever read — I’ve bought the whole series twice, including original Viz editions that read from left-to-right, but I think I lost them in a move
Anyway, even though I lost interest in Last Order, Alita is theoretically still one of my favorite things — up there with Ninja Turtles and Batman when it comes to things that shaped my taste and influenced my early habits with regards to media.
This wasn’t really supposed to be a picture. I was just drawing a head, and then I kept adding parts, and this happened.
Posting it here now on this blog since this is gonna be the cover to the first volume of the VOID Anthology!
I’m pretty stoked!!
Congrats! It’s a great piece.
Okay right off the bat I am gonna tell you , I prefer colour comics.
However I’ve been thinking that my 24 page colour comic to self-publish and put online would cost a bit more since I’d price it at a price where I can at least make a tiny bit of profit, and printing costs = more. I prefer…
I can take or leave color. I’d probably rather pay less for a B&W book, and as a creator, I prefer to put my time into drawing more pages rather than coloring. One thing to consider, though, is that B&W pages kinda need to be drawn differently than color pages, so ideally, it’s a decision that you’d be making before you’ve drawn the pages.
Random generic sci-fi lady sketch after reading some random generic sci-fi manga.
This is one of the pieces that I’ll be showing in the Supersonic Electronic Invitational which opens Thursday, January 5th at Spoke Art in San Francisco, CA.
EDIT: Old version here
A hip hop punk rock jacket. Amazing. I particular enjoy the Subhumans-ized Salt n Pepa.
